Yoga teacher training India - japa

What is ‘Japa’?
‘Ja’ means birth to life and ‘pa’ means call from the heart, which gives totality. ‘Japa’ is that which gives completion of life. Continuous repetation and recitation either by mouth or mind or heart or prana is called ‘Japa’.
In Yoga, Japa is an important branch.  Food is needed for hungry body, Japa is needed for spiritual fulfilment. Japa leads to self realization. Enroute to the goal, japa also removes many obstacles in the life. In japa aspirant (sadhak) send expressions of gratitude to the God and in Meditation God talks to the sadhak. Meditation becomes more deeper in the beginning for sadhak.  Later on in the meditation, japa merges with the higher awakening and consciosunessness.

After knowing the meaning of Mantra or Japa, the picture of Lord or God or Shakti comes before your mental eyes. Later on that picture merges into the consciousness.  After going deeper, one feel divine presence and divine experiences may also come. Witness the happenings.

Yoga teacher training in India

Yoga teacher training in India

When looking for yoga school or training center; curriculum and environment are both equally important. You can learn all the theory from books; all the asanas from an experienced and qualified teacher; but when it comes to experiencing the strength, and benefits of yoga you need to live the life of a Yogi.An ashram is usually a spiritual, secluded abode, where some study, instruction, and community work happens, under the guidance of a guru (teacher or master). The life at the ashram is self-transforming, supportive and creative.

Paramanand ashram offers residential Yoga Teachers Training and Yoga Therapy Teachers Training courses in the serene and calm environment of an ashram in India. With the kind blessings and inspiration of Yugpurush Swami Paramanandgiriji (who has been inspiring the world with Yoga and Vedanta for the last 56 years). Students are mentored by one of the best team of yoga teachers and professors under the guidance of Dr. Omanand (Guruji). The life at the ashram is self-transforming, supportive and creative.
